Carol and Sophie have been proud owners of Hairconnections in Watford Town Centre for over 40 years, making it one of the longest-standing salons and an important part of our local community.
To celebrate Sophie working at their wonderful establishment for 40 years, they decided to host a lovely tea party to say thank you to their loyal customers who have been attending for generations!
Carol Andrea, co-owner of the salon located at 1 Market Street, said: “We thought it would be a nice idea to show our long standing loyal clients, some of whom have been coming for over 40 years, how grateful we are for their continued custom by hosting them for a Tea Party. The oldest customer Joy is 87 this year and used to come when we started in Charter Place in 1977.
It was so lovely to see all our customers chatting to each other, many of them who see each other every Friday morning to get their hair done. The many comments of thanks we received after the party were so touching. We love our customers and they say they feel like family with us.”
Sophie Andreou, Hairconnections co-owner celebrating 40 years there, said: “I decided I wanted to do something to honour our clients, say thank you for their loyalty & custom. We have such a wonderful clientele that come for regular blow drys every week & have done for many years, I am blessed with them all”.
