“We are excited to launch Mum’s Best Dish, it’s a chance for people to celebrate their mums (or themselves) favourite home cooked meal. Whether it’s a meal you cook with your children or a recipe that’s been passed down through generations we’re hoping the competition will unlock some precious memories.
“We would like to see a colourful mix of recipes from our diverse community. And we’re really interested in the background or memory linked to the recipe so entrants will need to give us a snapshot of what their dish means to them’ said Niamh Head of Marketing, Atria, Watford.”
She adds: “Having your dish honoured by one of the best chefs in the world is an amazing tribute to mum so give it a go and enter! ’
