Watford’s annual Bonfire Night celebration takes place on Saturday 4 November from 6pm at Cassiobury Park, just outside of Watford Town Centre. Be sure to book ahead at Watford Town Centre’s restaurants & bars as it will be a busy and popular evening!
Once again, Watford Borough Council, in collaboration with Frontier Fireworks, presents the annual free Bonfire Night celebration at Cassiobury Park, which is this year kindly sponsored by VWV Solicitors.
On Saturday 4 November, prepare for an unforgettable evening filled with breath-taking pyrotechnics, special effects, and a new and improved fireworks design that promises to amaze audiences of all ages.
Vibe 107.6FM will host music and contests on stage from 6pm as well as live performances from Pat and the Butchers who will be playing until the fireworks display starts at 7.30pm. Before the display, there will be multiple food, drinks, kiddie rides, bungee trampolines, and a bouncy slide for everyone to enjoy.
Watford Lions Club and other collectors will be shaking their buckets raising money for charity so do please give generously! 100% of donations go to local charities. If you can’t make the event or couldn’t find the collectors on the night, you can donate on our dedicated JustGiving page.
Elected Mayor of Watford, Peter Taylor, said: “We can’t wait to once again welcome residents and visitors to our fantastic display in Cassiobury Park. This is the largest free firework display in Hertfordshire, and it promises to be a great opportunity to come together with friends and family to share in the magic and wonder that firework displays bring.
“These large events around bonfire night also reduce the number of smaller domestic displays, improving safety and reducing widespread disruption across a number of nights. I look forward to seeing everyone there.”
