Watford Town Centre Wellbeing Day returns on Sunday 7 September!
Wellbeing Day takes place on The Parade from 11:00am – 3:00pm, our completely free community event includes a variety of stalls, activities and guests themed around the emergency services, fitness and mental health. You’ll be able to learn from local paramedics, take part in outdoor exercise classes, conquer a wall climb and play football darts!

Get active!
- Everyone Active – fitness challenges, fitness motivators, free body composition tests and a programme of fitness classes:
12:00pm – 12:45pm: Body combat / boxing fitness
1:00pm – 1:45pm: Junior Fitness Programme (mini games)
2:00pm – 2:45pm: Zumba
- Inhale Pole – beginner classes showing techniques for pole fitness
- Rock climbing wall – 7.5 metres high
- Football darts – Giant inflatable Velcro dartboard
