Watford’s bustling music scene is alive and well.

Watford’s Record Store Day celebrations are now in their 12th year and are celebrated a little differently than other towns across the world. They started as an event by The LP Cafe and have now grown into a day of free music across the borough, with the help and partnership of Watford Borough Council and West Herts College.

The venues this year are:

The LP Cafe:
173 The Parade, WD17 1NJ

Pondside:
The Parade, Watford WD17 1NP

Mad Squirrel Taproom Watford:
3 King Street, WD17 2EN

The One Crown:
156 High Street, WD17 2EN

Johnny’s Bar:
96 Queen’s Rd, Watford WD17 2LA

There’s still time to take part, if you want to play. To get involved drop an email via clicking on this sentence.
