We are delighted to offer FREE Conflict Management Training for retail, hospitality and leisure businesses operating within Watford Town Centre.
We are offering 60 free places for Loss Prevention Managers and General Managers to attend this valuable training. Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
The training will be delivered as a “train the trainer” session, enabling attendees to pass on key learning and techniques to other members of their teams, helping to improve confidence, safety and customer interactions across your business.
